I specialise in taking ambiguous, unowned problems and turning them into structured, executable plans that enable teams to move faster with fewer bottlenecks. Media: - https://pub-b16d6fa46877463b890ddd3e67350112.r2.dev/projects/me/1784671604457-portrait-1.png ## Work ### Incredible - Channel: `#incredible` - Date: Sep 2022 – Jan 2024 - Tools: Notion, Slack, Zapier, Intercom #### Customer Experience & Ops Lead · Sep 2022 – Jan 2024 Incredible was building a regulated consumer fintech business from the ground up, and my role was to help build the operating system around it. I worked across product, engineering, compliance and customer operations to turn ambitious plans into reliable execution - designing the processes, systems and feedback loops that allowed a fast-moving startup to scale without losing operational control. Rather than sitting within a single function, I became the connective tissue between teams, helping translate regulatory complexity into practical workflows, surfacing operational risks before they slowed delivery, and creating the structure that let people focus on building. * Built operational processes and controls for an FCA-regulated lending business from zero * Coordinated execution across engineering, product, compliance and customer operations * Designed reporting and automation that improved visibility, reduced manual work and increased operational capacity * Acted as an early-warning system for leadership by identifying bottlenecks, risks and opportunities before they became business problems ### Monzo - Channel: `#monzo` - Date: Jan 2018 – Oct 2021 - Tools: Intercom, Notion, Slack #### Knowledge Manager · Feb 2020 – Oct 2021 As Monzo scaled, product development increasingly depended on the organisation being able to communicate quickly, accurately and consistently. I owned the systems that made that possible, working across product, engineering, risk and compliance to transform product changes into operational readiness for both internal teams and customers. The role wasn't simply about documentation, it was about reducing organisational friction. By building structured knowledge systems, identifying recurring customer problems and creating a trusted source of truth, I helped ensure teams could move faster while maintaining quality and consistency. * Owned Monzo's internal knowledge systems and public Help Centre * Partnered cross-functionally to operationalise new products and regulatory changes * Built structured taxonomies and documentation that improved discoverability and prepared the business for future automation * Used operational data and customer insight to identify knowledge gaps and improve the customer experience #### Customer Operations · Jan 2018 – Feb 2020 Served as a product specialist for complex support escalations and coached new agents on compliance and customer interaction best practices. Acted as an operational bridge between frontline teams and product, surfacing insights to inform product development and service quality ## Projects ### RivanOS - Channel: `#rivanos` - Date: 2026 - Website: https://rivan-os.vercel.app/ - Tools: Cursor RivanOS is an example working operations platform for Rivan Industries, a synthetic-fuel company that turns solar, air and water into natural gas. It was built as a live artefact for an Operations Lead application - not a mockup: real Postgres, a physically grounded plant model, and an API an AI agent can drive as fully as a person. It puts both halves of the role in one place: the estate (sites, assets, live plant) and the business (finance, hiring, contracts, admin). Those halves couple. A purchase order can hold a plant offline; approving it lifts the hold. Contracts and hiring SLAs are clocks the same Tuesday can fail. The plant itself is a Sabatier power-to-gas chain — solar → alkaline electrolysis + calcium-looping DAC → H₂/CO₂ buffers → methanation → grid — modelled across Bermondsey HQ, a 100 kW pilot, and the 15 MW Project Starwell site. The live view is a pure function of clock and seed, not an animation: solar position, irradiance, buffers, and mass balance cascade at 20-minute steps. Behaviour is emergent (CO₂-limited curtailment, reactor running after sunset on inventory, alkaline stacks that will not trickle). Any moment can be replayed exactly. Every operation is declared once as a capability (Zod in/out + handler). From that, MCP, REST, and OpenAPI are generated. The UI uses those same endpoints - there is no private route behind the glass - so agent parity cannot drift. Company, process, and sites are from public reporting. Equipment, people, invoices, and the rest are invented for the demo. ### Ludus - Channel: `#ludus` - Date: 2026 - Website: https://www.glaze.app/app/ludus-4RDpwn - Tools: Glaze, Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini Master any subject through structured, AI-powered lessons. It turns “community health” into something operational: councils can listen for neighbourhood signals (service requests, quiet gaps in engagement, emerging themes), engage the right people with timely outreach instead of blanket broadcasts, support residents through shared case trails across housing, libraries, and community teams, and measure ward-level health so leaders know where to act next. In practice that means a pulse view of neighbourhoods - scores, open cases, and risk - backed by AI-assisted drafting and coordination so staff can respond faster without residents repeating their story. The pitch is simple: communities are living, dynamic organisms and Ephello lets councils monitor it's heartbeat.
